What we do:
Xcite Logic are independent IT consultants, specializing in digital production and catering to the professional market. With many years of experience in the publishing industry, we have the knowledge and the experience your organisation needs to stay ahead in today's competitive environment.
With the widespread adoption of PDF, the internet and other digital technologies, the ability to instantly communicate has never been greater. As such, the requirement to implement and maintain fast, stable, secure networks is essential.
How we do it:
Xcite Logic consult and advise on network and workflow strategies that will serve you not just in the present, but will grow and scale with you into the future. We understand that you want solutions that consider the big picture, and integrate with your goals, your vision, and your future directions. The Xcite team work closely with you as partners to achieve these objectives.
We also maintain close links to industry anchors such as Apple, Adobe and Quickcut, and we realise that our own continual self-improvement is necessary in order for us to directly improve your own systems.
The way we do it:
Xcite values honesty and accountability to ourselves and our clients more than the bottom line. We require punctuality, self-motivation and courteousness of all our staff. We are responsible for the ongoing productivity of other companies, and we take that responsibility with a serious level of commitment.
XciteLogic is a group of technical consultants that are dedicated, experienced, and occasionally energetic (when they've had too much coffee). They understand that while a clean desk may look nice, it probably means you're not doing any work.
They have the skill to work on your Mac or PC without knocking over any of the toys on your monitor, and will happily be bribed with promises of cake or Nando's.
Earlier this year, XciteLogic introduced dedicated teams to focus on providing greater customer service.

Our onsite teams provide support and maintenance, incident and problem resolution, develop client strategy, solution scoping and development, client documentation, projects and installations. They work tirelessly to deliver their clients specialised services and maintain a focus in their industry sector.

Team Raskin was established to develop custom solutions to help streamline workflow and efficiency, provide maintenance, support and handle any changes or updates that may be requested in the future. Raskin use numerous languages and technologies to provide a solution that will work effectively in any environment.
Supporting the onsite teams is the XciteLogic help desk. Now most companies will state that they have a help desk, yet you find you are talking to the receptionist. At XciteLogic we have three full time staff that answer your enquiries and either work through the problem with you or assess and assign an onsite technician.

Tony is the Managing Director of XciteLogic and is unsure of which team he slots into, but in all reality its Tony's job to be across all teams and focus on XciteLogic's philosophy in delivering solid relationships and focused customer service.

This year, Anita L’Enfant joins Xcite to provide a unique ICT service for Western Australian schools. For the past nine years Anita has been providing professional development for teachers in the areas of curriculum development, planning and assessment procedures, teaching and learning strategies and technology education. With nearly 20 years teaching experience from Kindergarten to University, Anita has a reputation for providing practical professional development, focused on implementing best practice efficiently and effectively. Together, we can provide your school with the hardware, software and professional development to enable the successful integration of ICT in classroom learning on both Apple and Microsoft platforms.

- David Cox
David Cox was brought on this year as XciteLogic's first ever dedicated 'sales guy'. Operating across all verticals (and horizontals!) he has taken on the official title of; "Total Solutions | Manager". Therefore anything you require, be it hardware, software, infrastructure, engineering expertise, finance, training or simply someone to talk to because your feeling lonely, David is your man to contact. Whether your a large educational institution, multinational graphic-design company, cross-site medical facility or a small resource operation or law firm, David and his team will tailor that solution for you.
| The Xcite guys love to chat on the phone, and all requests to meet for coffee and/or cannoli will be honoured.
